Spotlight Jazz Ensemble
Led by Frances Garcia Hoffman & Denine Monet
A performance-focused vocal experience for singers ages 16 and up. Covering classic jazz repertoire — including swing, bossa nova, Latin styles, and ballads — with an emphasis on microphone technique and improvisation.
Previous vocal training is recommended, but no prior jazz experience is required. Whether you're a seasoned singer exploring jazz for the first time or a returning ensemble member, the SJE provides a supportive, collaborative environment in which to grow.
