From improv and musical theater dance to our Rising Stars and Shining Stars ensembles, Spotlight Repertory NW offers programs that develop confidence, creativity, and stagecraft in young performers of every level.

Rising Stars

Grades 2–5

A non-audition program where young performers explore the foundations of acting, singing, and choreography in a supportive, ensemble-driven environment. Culminates in two wonderful community performances.

Shining Stars

Grades 6–9

Build on your performing arts skills with this non-audition program focused on acting, singing, and choreography for middle school students. Culminates in two wonderful community performances.

Tuition covers program costs, including fair pay for teaching artists, space, and materials. Scholarships are available to ensure every student can participate—please contact us for details.

Registration & Refund Policy
All registrations are final; no refunds. Cancellations made at least 5 days before the start date may receive a credit toward a future program. No credits or transfers once a program begins. If Spotlight Rep NW cancels a program, a full refund or credit will be issued.

Winter/Spring 2027

Middle School Improv

Grades 6–8

From day one, students jump into interactive games and scene work in a supportive, fast-paced environment—no experience required. They build confidence, creativity, and communication skills while learning to think on their feet and collaborate. Through the core improv principle of “Yes, and…,” students develop spontaneity, teamwork, and a strong creative voice.

Musical Theater Dance

Grades 3–9

An introduction to stage movement, choreography, and expressive performance through musical theater. Designed for young performers, this class builds confidence, coordination, and foundational dance skills. Students explore movement, musicality, and storytelling in a supportive environment—while having fun and growing as performers.
